The Parallella board has also been upgraded to linux kernel 5.10 so if you want an 18 core processor to play with look no further! Just go and buy one and update to the latest and greatest.
Seriously if someone wants to build another Parallella Epiphany equivalent using RISK V processors then the oh project provides a good starting point at re-creating the mesh network. You would need some serious money to fabricate a new RISK V based Epiphany like chip but its possible.
