I think the Pine Store is atrociously BAD.
It does indeed usually miss the most essential product data, like f.e. the Quartz64 SBC page doesn't list which SoC it has.

That refers to the original PineTab which is no longer made.
It links to the PineTab2 though, which is in stock (the Arm version), for $160 or $210.
Luckily the wiki does have all the information you'd want.
