rk3399 and Visual Output Processor 2 (VOP2)

That is VOP2 and why it is better than VOP?

I find some information about VOP v1
Can anyone show info about VOP2?

According this news VOP2 is used by Rockchip SoCs starting with the RK3566 / RK3568 SoCs.
Do the rk3399 is supported it?
