Hi,
When i unboxed the phone, tried to update, nothing.  Followed these instructions (https://forum.pine64.org/showthread.php?tid=12459) got it working and updated via terminal. 

Upon rebooting, everything working except settings app, terminal and a few other programs i don't use.

Any advice?
