A couple of days ago I ordered a new battery off of amazon (https://www.amazon.com/Cleantt-Replaceme...fixitam-20)
When the battery arrived I tested it with a multimeter and its dc voltage reads 3.89 volts. However, The phone will not boot, so there is clearly an issue with something other than the battery because the phone should boot if the battery reads over 3.7 volts.
