They're on and working... what's the problem?
The two holes nearest the edge of the board are indeed the contacts for the switch, and the two bigger wider spaced holes further back are the supports for side mount tactile switch supplied. And if you loose the one supplied, you can always buy them from ebay - $5.40 for 55 - so plenty to spare!
Or even better... 10 for US $1.19... a more reasonable number!
