You should edit /usr/share/alsa/ucm2/PinePhonePro/VoiceCall.conf and set the following mic boost options:
IN1 Boost 0
IN2 Boost 1
IN 3 Boost 0
IN1 Boost 0
IN2 Boost 1
IN 3 Boost 0
