I'm uncertain however I suspect that it was an update that started the problem. Since I'm not the only person having this problem and numerous carriers are involved I still suspect calls update caused the issue. What I have done is allowed the "invalid" domain to remain rather than my carrier as chat isn't a high priority for me. I will continue to do updates and in time try it again with proper domain names. At this moment I have my protocol set to 3G only and I will see how that goes.
