A very big thank you for that update.
With that kernel module (sound sequencer) I achieved my goal or project:
connecting a midi sprout (https://www.kickstarter.com/projects/dat...ion-device)
to pine64, and with the packages aconnect, fluidsynth and rosegarden
I'm now able to listen live to midi signals comming from plants and record that midi signal. Cool
