I'm hoping to build a tiny, cheap Steam Machine that can run platformers, old RPGs, etc. Any thoughts?
What I've done is install RemixOS and then grab Moonlight from the Google Play store. Assuming you have an nVidia card on your PC, you can then stream games from your PC to whatever the Pine64 is connected to (say, your TV via HDMI) through your ethernet cable. Attached is an image of me streaming Phoenix RC Flight Simulator to my TV. [Full disclosure, I had to run a long USB cable through the wall to physically connect my RC controller to the actual computer. However, things like Xbox controllers and most USB controllers (but not the Steam Controller as of yet, pity) will work directly plugged into the Pine64]
