How to fix "On no! Something has gone wrong."?

My pmOS CE phone show "On no! Something has gone wrong. A problem has occurred and the system can't recover. Please log out and try again.". How to fix it?

It has show after boot and click Terminal.

Have you tried flashing the mmc with fresh image using jumpdrive?

No. I have found a solution. I download gnutls-3.6.15-r0.apkfile then I installed.
