Hi-

I am only seeing a disc image file when extracting the phoenix card and the actual Android 5.1.1. Any ideas?

Thanks.

Not exactly sure what you mean, but you use the PhoenixCard software to burn that Android disc image to a micro sd card.

The Android file is supposed to be a disc image.

The PhoenixCard software is an executable application.

Instructions for burning images can be found on the Pine64 wiki page, here.
