What is the actual problem? Those are just the arbitrary names given to those LEDs/indicators... since they are both user controllable depending on the distribution. I often turn the pink one ('STBY') off, and have the white one ('PWR') act as disk activity, since the green LED next the barrel jack is the true indicator that the system has power.
