The Android 9 build for Pine H64 currently on porting stage. Looking forward to be release in 2 weeks time.

PINE H64 Android 9 build already released few days ago, please check PINE64 wiki site. We plan for another release to cover few improvement.

Could you guys create a rooted android version please? It is the one thing that the system is missing, I couldn't get adb working or get anything but hexadecimal off the uart. The closest I have gotten to root was flashing a tanix rom which showed the boot logo, nothing else.

I would really appreciate a rooted version, I cannot even comprehend how a "stock" image could be non-root.
