REMix OS Boots and then blank Screen
#1
I've been trying to get REMix OS to work for me, but it seems I have 2 issues:
1) I cannot enter my google credentials
2) If I wait a few minutes the screen goes blank and cannot do anything.

Any suggestions?

I just release new build and please try out whether you still encounter same issue.

Ssame thing happens to me on latest Remix OS, when Pine64 is charged from:

* TV (my TV has a USB port for external HDD)
* Router (same as above)
* Computer

However, it works fine when connected to a charger.

Could this be due to a media connection setting?

The issue is still present for me.

Booted the Pine using a Ubuntu OS (http://forum.pine64.org/showthread.php?tid=376). It works there.

Still, it might be an Amperage issue - it might not get enough juice from these devices to render the UI.

@tllim: what should I try next?

Hi,

Same issue. I've tried several different chargers (even juicy ones).

Hi,

  Are you using the MicroUSB port? They are notoriously flakey. I kept having problems until I hooked power directly to the bus pins. The USB power out from your TV is very likely not enough amp's to power the Pine.
