Rock64 PoE compatbility with Pi4 Hatt recent Single Board Computer offering from PINE

Given that the Rock64 PoE is out of stock, I was wondering whether the Raspberry Pi4 PoE Hat is compatible with Rock 64? I thought it was, but am having trouble verifying. 

Incidentally, is there any idea with the Rock64 PoE will be back in stock?

I am aware of "external" PoE splitters, but they are not my first choice.
