need some help

I received my pine phone pro a couple of weeks ago
got it charged and working then left it until yesterday
now it will not charge 
it is completely unresponsive
what can i do

Hopefully you have this working by now, but from what I've seen, and I've done once is just plug the phone into a 5V 3A (15W) charger and let it go for a bit.  For me, it boot looped then got stuck and after a minute I held the power button in to power cycle and it booted up.  I've heard people saying they have to leave it for an hour or two, so it may vary.

Some have also used mask ROM mode to let it charge.  To do that, just hold in the RE button on the top left of the phone's back under the cover during boot.  I believe if you just hold it the whole time, it'll end up in mask ROM mode and then you'll need to hold the power button for ~5 seconds to reboot after it charges for a little.

Pine64 also has a charger for the batteries if you don't have any luck charging it in the phone.
