4k Film stutters

No matter which image I use, the following film jerks under Kodi.

With my Firetiv stick 4k no problem?

Does anybody know the reason? And which image I should use on rockpro64?

Probably because you haven't compiled it to use hw acceleration. Which image? Try Librelec or Recalbox and you'll get smooth playback.
