Acknowledgement of Coupon code request?

I submitted a request for a coupon code to order the 14" pinebook about a week or so ago.  Should I have expected some sort of e-mail acknowledgement so that I know if  I am in the queue?    Also, how long is the wait to receive the coupon code to place my order?

Regarding your question; did you submit a BTO and wonder if you are int the BTO queue or did you get your BTO ticket and completed the transaction ?

After one month, I have to ask them via email and then somehow they send me 3 codes!!!!
