Can I ask you something
Is the brave heart fully functional?
Does the pine64 installer utility provide the operating system for the brave heart version including Android vanilla images?

No Android included with the PinePhone.

AFAIK the Braveheart edition has the same functionality as other PinePhones, except that the usb-c video out isn't working without some soldering.
