disable passcode lock screen?

I would like to disable the passcode lock screen. Takes way to long to access the phone and I have zero worries over 3rd party access to the device.

I have looked around the filesystem for lightDM, phosh, phoc config or settings files in the usual places, /etc and not found them?

Settings - > Privacy - > Screen Lock

That only seems to adjust the time before the screen locks. It does not turn off the lock screen when waking the phone.
