charging only to 10%

since version 33, on emmc , only charging to 10% ish ,and battery draining even turned off ,.
used Mobian (on sdcard) to get charged .

 anyone esle ?

Happens to me regularly on one of my chargers. It gets stuck on some percentage and won't recharge. My solution is to let the battery drain completely and then plug in the charger again. It then charges to 100% again.
