Don't think there is an update script (especially running from SD) - Unless you have a good reason Id just reflash and call it a day.

Hello, I have the same issue. Yesterday I installed last ATV version and have the same problem: It works only 1 minute or so after sleep. After that time I must unplug and plug again.
