NAS not detected

I have a NAS sporting a minidlna server here. In most devices, the server shows up in KODI or VLC to select mediafiles from. Not so in PineTab2. In KODI I normally switch on UpnP services in order to see the server at all, but even doing so in the PineTab2 isn't working. I suppose some piece of software wasn't ported yet in order to have UpnP service. Can anybody tell me which one I should try to get there?

OK got it. Portforwarding > Andoid > etc

Strangely enough, I can actually go to the files via ssh in the commandline and see the files, but still not download or play them. Weird.
