I am working on the thermal simulation activities of ROCK64 board with heatsink R64-HS.  Can anyone send me the datasheet of heatsink R64-HS, iincluding the thermal resistance , or  the 3D model of R64-HS? Thanks.

You are in the ROCKPro64 forum: there is some ROCKPro64 heatsink info in the wiki.
