Ordering Pinephone - Error in Shipping cost calculation - Iolaum - 07-19-2020
I am trying to order a Pinephone Convergence Package and two accessories. When I fill the form to calculate shipping costs I am getting the following error:
Quote:There are no shipping methods available. Please double check your address, or contact us if you need any help.
The address is in an EU country, Greece, so I m surprised at this result. I 've emailed sales@pine64.org ~4 days ago with more details but haven't gotten a reply yet. (I ve used the same email address that I used to register in the pine64 forums.) I m not in a hurry to order, unless that means I miss out on this batch.
I 've also tried a valid UK address and got the same error. (There was an added VAT entry for the UK address though.)
Any ideas on what I should do?
- Should I wait till pine64 team replies?
- Should I wait until pine64 team fixes the shipping costs calculation issue?
- Should I ignore this and proceed with checking out the order?
- Something else?
Any ideas?

They can't be shipped together - you need to do two separate orders unfortunately to resolve the shipping issue.
