I don't think this is what they mean. It is more like if 1000 people change their shipping before June 22, they will send the phones immediately, if not they will wail till June 22.

FYI: I had ordered BH edition on the first day (~Nov 15) and had only got my phone sometime mid-end february (it could've been march aswell).
I understand that people are antsy for it, but dear god this thread is unbearable :O
The world is not going to end if you have to wait a few more days/weeks.
So on this note:
Thank you Luke and the whole pine team for making a great product and trying to make the best out of a shitty situation.
I'm patiently awaiting the CE edition I orderered aswell

What I find unbearable is having to search internet forums for clear as mud information to find out whats going on with a shipment, and then having to babysit and jump through hoops to get the shipment on course.

Not correct. Worst case, in any scenario, phones will ship out from Asendia, whenever that happens. Doesn't mean the money is gone/forfeit or that you'll never get a phone.

They are trying their best people, we are very demanding customers.
For example I first cancelled my order and then told them not to cancel it, while purchasing the upgrade to the DHL shipping for 10$.
Lets give them some time to sort things out. We will all get our pinephone sometime. The longer it takes, the more refined your pinephone will be!
If you are worried about loosing your money, I have good news for you: you are covered by the PayPal buyers protection system for a year from purchase date. Wait until December and if nothing happened by then and no sales help is available, just get your money back via PayPal.

did pay asentia shipping thing and now update too that
dhl shiping will i get the money back from that first shipping option

I'd say we give the team a week or 2 to come back to us with an update and let them figure this nightmare (not of their making, people need to remember that) out. Compare and contrast this to the *other* open source privacy focused device on the market and the differences here are night and day.
