Simply route 2 traces from Ethernet jack to AXP803 and you're already done.

I don't like this method. If somebody unaware of this arrangement and plug in 48V, the whole board will be toast. Prefer to implement in "right" way.

I would better read the specs and think about how 'Resistive Power Directory' works. Thanks.
