The guys at TeamSpeak have made it pretty clear that they have no plans on making TeamSpeak Server ARM compatible. Consequently, you need some sort of emulator that will allow x86 code to run on ARM(64). On the Raspberry Pi front (and a lot of other 32bit ARM devices), Elbrus Tech would love you to buy their emulator at $27 a device, and have a nice guide on getting TeamSpeak Server working with their emulator. However, someone else has commented that you can use QEMU to do the necessary emulation, but this was on a CubieTruck, which is again a 32bit ARM platform (and took a while for TeamSpeak to start up). 

Unless QEMU is able to emulate x86 on aarch64, I don't fancy your chances. I won't be trying that myself, as if I wanted audio on linux/ARM, I'd be looking at using Mumble! Unfortunately, that doesn't help you... so good luck! Wink
