I would like to order/buy the new Pine Phone KDE Edition but my order just got cannceld with out any reason. Are they currently problems why they would canncel it?
And why does the support page doesn´t work? I can´t register me or open a ticket (when i try to open a ticket with out account I get an Pine Microsystems Inc. Customer Self Service Portal Invitation but I can not set a password. It says something like: "An error occored. Please try it later" but it never works for me).
I hope someone can help me here. I am new so maybe I missed something.
