The reason you did not find the kernel is because Arch Linux ARM does not carry a kernel for the PinePhone in its official repository. Only the DanctNIX repository does. (And in case somebody wonders, Manjaro ARM ships its own kernels, not the ones from DanctNIX or Arch Linux ARM.)
