This batch of shipment is for ABS enclosure, Playbox enclosure, and Zwave module. For the Battery shipment, in general should has been fulfilled. If there is outstanding battery shipment concern, please contact support@pine64.org.

My shipment was sent back, while I was on vacation. Nobody contacted me through email, sms or phone. I can't seem to find my backer number, but my tracking number was RI902593875CN.
I have sent a few emails to PINE64 to inquire about what can be done to reship, but I have not received any reply. I would greatly appreciate your input on this.

Hopefully moderator TL Lim should be able to look into this for you.
You should be able to find your backer number. Go onto kickstarter and log in. Click or touch on your profile in the top right hand corner, select the Pine A64 kickstarter, then scroll down past the info on your reward tier and pledge amount. At the bottom should be your backer number.

I had no idea where I could find my order or backerkit account number. Once I saw it in the code of the order confirmation page, I was able to reference the tracking number in the spreadsheet. Then, to my surprise, I found out that the case was scheduled to be delivered today, which it was!
Thank you for hanging in there with this whole project!
I'm off to assemble everything now.
