Pine online shop open - rahlquist - 05-02-2016

Looks like they just announced the online shop is open, with delayed shipping (no orders will ship till end of May or later). I glance around and see a HDMI-DVI adapter and wonder with all the posts on here if it actually works? LOL

Most probably yes, since the behaviour of adapters differs: http://forum.pine64.org/showthread.php?tid=827

With one of my displays HDMI --> DVI leads to wrong colors which is either fixable by adjusting color mode in the display (RGB --> YPbPr) or by setting hdmi_cts_compatibility = 1 in device tree file and exchanging both u-boot+spl and .dts on the 1st partition.

BTW: The related hdmi_hdcp_enable has always been set to 0.

Interesting. I have ordered what appears to be a clone of the HDMI to VGA with audio adapter from Amazon, it will be here tomorrow. Will see if I can get that working with either of the monitors I have laying around.
