That's the goal! Big Grin  If there are any patterns/designs you see that might look good as one, let us know, and we'll see if we can adapt it. We're very close to having templates done. Once we do, I'm going to start prototyping the simpler design MrTester suggested.

Can't wait to see.
Perhaps if you have some that are really liked in the community we could work out some sort of promotion.

I would be down with that. I've already thought of offering any that are popular and simple enough to produce over to Pine64, to do with as you please, or to make them publicly available as ready to print/cut with advisories concerning printing and application.

Honestly just a matte color (maybe the pine64blue and black) would be great. I also like the dragon skin from DBrand but it might be harder to recreate that texture.

If you can, send me links to any generic designs you'd like to see adapted, or something similar produced. If the dragon skin is a scale pattern, that wouldn't be too hard to create. I'd just have to focus on one tiny portion to define it as the pattern fill.

This link should take you to examples of the dragon skin.

Thanks!

Looking at it now, we could emulate the visual texture, but it would likely be very costly to produce skins with the actual physical texture. I'll add it to the list to look into, though!

Looked into it, it'd be easy for a phone, probably a nightmare with anything bigger than the Tab.

Yea, a vinyl can be quite expensive ... unless its carbon, those are usually quite cheap.

I'm thinking I can just mask off and spray PlastiDip. :-)
