Shipping time on a Rock64 package to the US - jhereg - 11-28-2017
I ordered a Rock64 board w/ some accessories back in October. I show it shipped 11/6 and has tracking info through Shenzen on 11/8 then nothing.

My understanding is that EMS shipments should take about 7 - 15 days. I'm well outside that and I normally see packages hit Chicago (or another city) and go through customs. I sent a reply to the sales address which sent me the tracking info with no response. Am I being impatient, or does it seem like this package is really slow or lost?

I ordered a 4G ROCK64 in early Nov. It was shipped on the 11th and it arrived Nov 24th.

Shipping to US in general should arrive in 10-15 business day. However, sometimes the shipment can be stuck at port and waiting for USPS to clear up and this has happen 2-3 times this year. You can provide the order number and I will check for you.

When, I ordered, the order arrived within 6 days. I think there must have been another issue.

Sometimes stuck at shipping port for few days for security checking and moving again. This happens when the whole container has suspicious package.

In general, should be to received within 10-15 days from China to US using EMS service as you indicated.
