I just received my Pin64+ (2GB) board and touchscreen and after mounting in the C4 labs case am very pleased.

I will certainly implement the Pi filter arrangement mentioned in a power supply thread on the forum, but am sure that I have also seen mention of the possibility to add a better 3.3v regulator at the pads here. Unfortunately I've lost the thread where this was discussed. I have a suitable ultra low nopise 5v - 3.3v regulator and would love to try the mod, if anyone can point me to the discussion of how it is done. Obviously the new regulator needs soldering in correctly, but the old regulatory circuit must also be disconnected. Does anyone have any clues/pointers?
