PineTime - Navigation - ajack2001my - 08-23-2021
How do you get the Navigation app in the watch to work. I am using InfitiTime 1.3.0 with GadgetBridge 0.59.1. Also there is a heartrate feature in GadgetBridge, anybody knows how that works? Thanks in advance!

I'm not sure if it's the navigation app or just notifications, but directions from Osmand do appear on the PineTime.

That GitHub Issue is now closed. Still not working with OsmAnd. Dear person for whom it worked, how did you make it work and what versions of things are you running?

It was a few versions of Osmand, Gadgetbridge and InfiniTime ago, and a chance discovery while walking at night, so I didn't take notes. I hadn't used the PineTime much in an everyday setting before either. I wasn't expecting the watch to vibrate, and the small text wasn't much use while walking so after the first couple I ignored it. I think I was getting notifications rather than a specific navigation interface. It may depend on the Gadgetbridge and Osmand settings too. I don't think I changed anything much on Gadgetbridge but I usually turn off voice navigation in Osmand and may have changed other things at some point.
