You will receive an email and/ or sms text when the shipper gets your package.
They send the phones out in batches.
The wait times are much shorter now, we had a long wait when we ordered the Brave Heart Edition last November.

Update: TL;DR: I was rushing things, indeed
I contacted Pine64 sales team yesterday to clarify the shipment status — they've already replied that a new batch of shipments (destined for those, who I believe ordered after Oct. 22) is in transit from China to Hong Kong at this moment. Additionally, a hour after receiving this reply, I also got a email with the tracking number for DHL shipment. So I believe people who ordered the device around Oct. 28 should start receiving the shipment emails, too.

As for everyone else, I promised to update everyone when it'll be shipped.
I've received 2 emails 30 minutes ago confirming that the phone has been shipped tomorrow (because they said "dispached on the 20th", and it's still the 19th here).
As expected, sent from Hong Kong by DHL.

I received shipment email with DHL tracking number this morning...very exciting...I ordered on Nov. 2
