Hallo all,
Sorry to bump in like this, I am struggling to connect my phone to my pc, it is not picking it up, what must I do
My camera is also not working
And it does not pick up my sd card
Any url that might assist with the issues please

We don't know which OS you are using.
I would suggest trying out mobian.

Back camera works.
Connection to a PC using an USB cable is more trickier, though.
If you haven't modified your phone, it won't work. See:

I am using UBports 
I dont mind if the front camera is not working as yet
I will test my Carrier connection today to see if it is working, if not I will swicth to Mobian then

That's not entirely true. Connection to a Type A port with the supplied cable (or a similar one like the one supplied with the Pixel) will work - it's how you'd typically use jumpdrive to flash to the eMMC. It's host mode, and maybe connection to other USB C ports, that won't work.

You're right. Jumpdrive certainly works.
As it was implied, that it didn't work, I thought it was meant connecting the PP running one distro to a computer using the supplied USB cable, which in my case does not work given I haven't made any hardware modification.
lsbus does not report any new device having been attached when I connect the PP to my laptop running debian. You can imagine what will happen on other non linux based OS. : )
