I've followed every step. All was ok, I see the orange robot and i read the 'Welcome to Rescue SD Shell!'.
The first error is when I try to unmount /dev/mmcblk2p10.

Make sure the partition isn't open in your file browser or anything. I know cinnamon desktop does a auto-mount by default. Not sure what your using.

I use Mint XFCE with Thunar, the partitions are mounted automatically when I plug the Phone. First I unmount the partition, after I eject them.

Ubuntu Touch installed on memory card is ok. The problem is the internal memory.

Try disabling auto-mounting of the drive in thunar. Then eject, replug the phone, and try again. I had trouble with nemo's automounting.
