Yea, testing things for stable. Right at this very moment you should also see very good performance but no crust and no GPS RE: update #41 - Zweitaktmotor - 06-07-2020 (06-07-2020, 05:46 PM)Luke Wrote:(06-07-2020, 05:34 PM)colin hodsdon Wrote: i was on version #39 ,when updating to #41 , it would only reboot to the pine64 cone or the ubports update install icon. This reinforces the need for an undo-feature. I am not using the Pinephone and UT as my daily drivers yet, but was still a bit annoyed that I had to do a fresh install, deleting all the settings and installations that I had applied over the past month. Doing backups via Jumpdrive is not a solution as it involves juggling cards again. You are on development branch ... of course things can/ will break ![]() RE: update #41 - Zweitaktmotor - 06-08-2020 (06-08-2020, 05:05 AM)Luke Wrote: You are on development branch ... of course things can/ will break Of course. But that's not to say that things can go wrong on Stable as well or that a user might do something that breaks his system. It would really be good to have a way to go back to the last working setup, undoing everything that happened since. I presume the problem with #41 was not intentional and could have been fixed with #42?
