Depending on your other systems, that might be due to the fixes that came with the current version 3.34 of Gnome Shell that Manjaro offers.

The default Debian installation comes with the h264ify plugin installed, did you try that?

Tried that today, wifi seems to be fixed.

Just redshift (still) does not seem to work and neither Retroarch does not run at full speed (tried Sega Genesis and PSX games). Using KDE.

Night Light works well in Wayland sessions, for anyone wondering about the alternative.

Is Redshift still being held back by geoclue? I recall Redshift working on the PB1080 whenever you triggered it, or set the location manually. When attempting automatic, geoclue just never found itself.

Booted up nicely! I had some pops while changing volume.
Also intermittent high frequency noise coming from left speaker.
Wifi not a single problem for me.

edit: I'm a bit slow. this was manjaro kde plasma preview2

How can I safety upgrade from P3 to P4?
Is there any way to be able to see my 5ghz WiFi networks?

You can use the Add/Remove Software app, or terminal. In the app, open it, click on the Updates tab at the top, and the Apply button in the lower right corner. In terminal, use 'sudo pacman -Syu' (don't use the quotes.) Reboot after your updates are finished.
