On July 12 I have placed order #8163831.
Two weeks later, on August 2, I've received the message that my order had been shipped, but since I got the trackingnumber from that update, I haven't been able to track my package using that number. When I try to track it down now, it says "expired". The tracking number I'm using is: RI942221047CN.
My package has not arrived yet and now I have no idea on the status either because the tracking number gives an "expired" status.
I have sent an e-mail to support regarding this issue, but no answers yet. That's why I'm trying it here.
Any help?

Hey guys! On August 13th I ordered WiFi/BT module, touch screen, power supply and power button on the online store. Order number 8164882. I received a tracking number on August 25th but there hasn't been any shipment made. Is it normal for the store to make a tracking number but not actually ship the package? Thanks!

Ok, so it's saying pre-shipment info was sent to USPS on the 26th August. You might rightly have expected some further developments in the intervening 2 weeks. Hopefully one of the Pine Inc. staff can assist you further in this matter.

Me too. I would like to order another but don't want to until I have some assurance about how long it will take to get delivered. OK, appreciate its coming from China to UK, but I order stuff on ebay from China and typically it arrives in 10 days to the UK, which I think is acceptable.
