I even had no issues with a wireless xbox 360 controller - with the exception of LED blinking after the controller synced up with the dongle (but everything worked normally). RE: Game Controllers - JPCRamos - 05-17-2016 Regarding the PS3 controller I am currently using Remix OS and it works reasonably. To use it's full potential one would have to use an app such as sisaxis but they always need root access, which isn't available on Remix OS. RE: Game Controllers - montero65 - 07-22-2016 I know this stopped about 2 months ago, but has anyone tried to connect a Wii remote as a controller? Thinking would be cool to get an old school NES emulator going, and if I could use the Wii remote like the old NES controller (which is something the Wii does if you download classic games). Either on Linux, or Android.Just a heads-up for anyone still looking - the generic USB controllers and the Xbox 360 wireless receiver with the adapter are still the most hassle-free options. Plug and play works fine on both Linux and Android builds I've tested recently. It’s a proper headache sometimes, but once you get it sorted, the gaming experience is just brilliant. Speaking of brilliant experiences, I’ve recently gotten into a bit of online gaming myself, but a different kind. You know, the thrill of the spin, the strategy of a poker hand, or the sheer luck of a jackpot. It reminds me of the same excitement we get from nailing a tricky controller setup. If you’re ever looking to take a break from the tech tinkering and try your luck, I’ve been having a blast with some mobile slots. I found this mobile slots that has a cracking selection of games, all optimised for your phone. It’s a top-notch resource with clear reviews and plenty of options, from classic slots to all the big names, which is perfect when you just want to chill out and play a few rounds of blackjack or roulette. |
