Packaging seems very poor. The box is badly dented and the board appears to be slightly curved!Sorry to know on the shipping condition. If the board is damage, we will compensate with another new board. There are several suggestions on this thread and we already take notes to improve. However, we have compared our shipping material with others such like Raspberry Pi and CHIP, and believed we have provide more protection than them. I regret that the board is in this state ... Prompt please, on the front and the back sidethere are any traces of mechanical action? RE: Got your PINE64 board yet? Post here! - minutesgrep - 03-15-2016 Got mine this afternoon. Mine is more or less in the same shape as @ppiixx. Board is bent, box was damaged in transit. Mine is booting Android, but it repeatedly crashes even with a 2.1A/5v power supply (short cable) and Sandisk 16GB. Tried burning the SD image multiple times with PhoenixCard. I'm fairly dissatisfied/not impressed so far.. RE: Got your PINE64 board yet? Post here! - RaspiBit - 03-16-2016 (03-15-2016, 11:29 PM)minutesgrep Wrote: Got mine this afternoon. Good afternoon, prompt, whether there is on Board (along the curve) traces of mechanical influence (for example behind a protective coating from the Board and so on)? I just want to understand how such a curve can be obtained during transportation are not seriously damaging the outer layer of the Board. I have a serious suspicion that the problem is not in the service delivery and in the plant. You can take foto of the board (front and rear side) and post the photos? RE: Got your PINE64 board yet?
