Just check the store. Make sure to put in your original order number. I got distracted and forgot to put mine in and emails sales about it and they told me if they couldn't find the order then I'd get a refund. I emailed them back asking if it'd help if I sent them both of the order numbers and never heard back. And I want to know when will asendia ship! @Luke RE: Pinebook Pro & PinePhone shipping progress - Static Face - 06-11-2020 (06-11-2020, 01:35 PM)jack1 Wrote: And I want to know when will asendia ship! @Luke From what I have read, I would personally sum it up as "acendia shipping it is on hold". Other than France/Switzerland that is. We can only hope the world will open borders as they were in the near future, but we also have to be prepared that this might not be the case. It would be nice if we could get an update though on the number of people who have switched to DHL because if it's still quite low then people can decide whether or not to pay the extra money because it might not reach that 1000 units mark needed to ship.(06-11-2020, 01:35 PM)jack1 Wrote: And I want to know when will asendia ship! @Luke RE: Pinebook Pro & PinePhone shipping progress - elfcat4 - 06-11-2020 what about the FedEx people ? will we be downgraded to asendia ? I've seen a handful of FedEx questions in this thread and none of them have been answered and the last time FedEx was mentioned by @Luke was 11 days ago. So just an update for you all would probably give a bit of piece of mind. RE: Pinebook Pro & PinePhone shipping progress - Hiraghm - 06-12-2020 I'm not comfortable with Fedex; I hope my neighbors like my new phone, because Fedex will leave the package at my door without even knocking. RE: Pinebook Pro & PinePhone shipping progress - Luke - 06-12-2020 OP updated RE: Pinebook Pro & PinePhone shipping progress - Kamzzy - 06-12-2020 Thx for the update @Luke RE: Pinebook Pro & PinePhone shipping progress - HaxNet - 06-12-2020 Thanks for the update - I guess I can wait a little longer as long as everything comes out correctly out of the box. |
