Thanks Luke and TL Big Grin

Luke, could you add something to that effect where you mentioned in the OP? Didn't want to be rude and edit on you Wink

And yes, a hall effect sensor is a solid state sensor for detecting magnetic fields, as opposed to a reed switch or other sensor. That's why I was wondering if it was for the lid or something else.

You are always welcome to edit my posts Smile

Has anyone had boot issues? I plug power in & the power LED just slowly flashes. Power button does nothing. After several minutes, the case around the power port gets VERY hot, like almost too hot to touch. I'm assuming there's a short somewhere in there. Unplug power and it cools down but no power LED flashing or anything. I opened a ticket yesterday but haven't gotten a response yet.

Thoughts?

Can you try open up Pinebook casing and reconnect the eMMC and Battery connector as shown below?

After speaking with tllim on IRC today, I got home and did as you both suggested. No dice. I've sent tllim an email with photos and a short video showing what's going on. Thoughts?

Hi all,
In current build, i forget to remove a command line in /etc/rc.local which cause the Bluetooth unstable. Thus, just delete "/usr/local/sbin/start_bt.sh /dev/ttyS1" in "/etc/rc.local" to solve it. And I will patch it into new build. Sorry for any inconvenient.
