Their shipping chain depends on local courier and post services, and and borders are still closed in Europe as well as elsewhere. This probably makes is difficult and in some instances impossible for them to fulfill a shipment. Regardless, I understand the frustration because, after all, they initially gave us the impression they'll most likely be able to make the shipment. RE: Pinebook Pro & PinePhone shipping progress - wasgurd - 06-08-2020 Well, is there an option replace Asendia by DHL? I don't mind to pay more. I see that people that ordered later than me gets notification people that ordered earlier than me also gets notification.. Is it by ANSI or ISO batch? Is it by alphabetical country? Is it by region? Sorry for the trouble by I'm very very excited to get it and everyday when I refresh my email there isn't any mail from DHL RE: Pinebook Pro & PinePhone shipping progress - Luke - 06-08-2020 (06-08-2020, 11:07 AM)wils91 Wrote:(06-08-2020, 09:53 AM)Luke Wrote:(06-08-2020, 09:49 AM)ragreenburg Wrote:(06-08-2020, 09:26 AM)Luke Wrote: I'm waiting on word from shipping, and on other pertinent information. DHL have given the shipping team guidelines, which I have no insight into. RE: Pinebook Pro & PinePhone shipping progress - FOSSagent0 - 06-08-2020 Whats the status on shipping to the USA. Just to be clear is the $15 pinephone shipping to the USA done by Asendia? RE: Pinebook Pro & PinePhone shipping progress - Vinay - 06-08-2020 Hi all, Vinay here. Pretty excited to receive a Pinebook Pro soon. No rush though. Seems like half the units are shipped by now so if the other half hasn't received a conformation then I suppose that's correct . To be honest I"m impressed they managed to get to this point despite the issues between China and Hong Kong and of course with all the issues due to Corona. When it drops, it drops. Until then (and obviously after then), stay safe, friendly and healthy everybody! RE: Pinebook Pro & PinePhone shipping progress - User 6582 - 06-08-2020 Just picked up my PinePhone from DHL Center in Plantation, Florida, USA. Left Hong Kong Saturday...FYI...:-) RE: Pinebook Pro & PinePhone shipping progress - Luke - 06-08-2020 OP updated |
