Using an older password worked for me. I haven't received my order code but I got the reservation confirmation email.

Mine worked the first try, but still no coupon code. Getting pretty tired since I stayed up for the launch.

Before the IRC server crashed, they communicated that some users will get their coupon codes within 72 hours, and some may wait a few additional weeks.
