Just download, dpkg -i, and reboot.

With mainline kernel + stable ayufan stretch, none of the USB port work. On mrfixit's I cant install the mainline kernel because it says the architecture is different.

I'm beginning to think the power supply does not provide a stable output of 5V 3A. I ordered a multimeter to run some tests... Let's see then.
Hey there guys, just some feedback.

I bought a good power supply and the USB 3.0 HDD is running normally now.
I'm actually running a USB 3.0 HDD on the USB 3.0 port and a 2.0 HDD on the 2.0 port, so I can transfer files from one to another, and it's handling it normally.

The issue was the power supply.
